Services

Grant yourself the luxury of the services provided by PACIFIC TOWER ROPPONGI. The facilities and staff are there to make your life more convenient and comfortable. Although some of the facilities are only for those in Serviced Apartments but upon request, rental apartment tenants can also utilize them with an extra fee.
Fitness Room

The fitness room, located in the basement, can be used to stay in shape and/or just to loosen up. Decent size and equipped with a wide variety of machines including a treadmill, stationary exercise bike, cross trainer and a 4 station multi-gym. All tenants are eligible to use the fitness.

Relaxing tenant lounge located at the entrance, fitted with comfortable sofas, tables and a plasma TV. Complementary coffee, tea and green tea are provided as well foreign and domestic newspapers and magazines. The space can also be used for small meetings and waiting area for guests.

Ceiling Air-Conditioner Bathroom Heater Parking
Installed in all living and dining rooms of each apartment. This equipment saves space and are highly efficient.
The heater function in the bathrooms allows the room to act as a dryer space on rainy days and as a heater for cold winters.

Automated Parking available. Please check with office for compatible car models.

The new building structure has allowed the floor plan to be more open, creating larger living and dining spaces. The non-load bearing exterior also allows for larger windows to maximize the fantastic views of Roppongi Hills and/or Tokyo Tower are available.

Trunk-rooms are available for storage purposes. The entrance to each apartment is tiled with natural stone, creating an elegant yet practical entrance.

SECURITY
Double Security
Double security available: located at the entrance hall and the elevator hall. Latest non-contact key allows you to open and close the entrance without physically using a key.
Deployed MS-3 Function
The online SECOM 24 hour security system or eMS-3f is installed in all 83 residences in the case of emergency. Visitors can be screened using the video screen security located at the entrance.
Security Camera Dimple Key & Double Lock
All Security Cameras footage are recorded and stored. Disturbances and abnormal behavior will be detected and reported.
Difficult to replicate and reversible for convenience. A Double Lock System installed for added security.
Anti-EARTHQUAKE SYSTEM

New Super RC Frame System

The new Super RC Frame, developed by Kajima Corporation, effectively supports the 27 story tower.

Hi DAM
The Hi DAM absorbs the shake of the earthquake and is located between the Super Beam and Connecting Column.
Super Beam
The main beams located at the top of the structure and attached to the central core, the Super Wall.
Super Wall Connecting Column

Strong D41 reinforced high strength concrete is used. This core supports the floors.

Connected to the Hi DAM and Super Beam. Supports the floors and the external facade.
